Sunday Afternoon at the Rodeo

Today wrapped up the 2011 Philomath Frolic & Rodeo.  I was trying a few different angles this afternoon – and some of them worked – and some of them didn’t.  For example – the fisheye lens from the announcer’s booth during team roping didn’t really work all that well.  Simply too far away.

Here are a few to share.

  1. The last time I photographed the rodeo, my cowgirl hat came in handy for camera protection… I was very close and kept getting sprayed with mud (and god-knows-what-else).

That second shot is my favorite. Great natural framing with the two horses. Thanks for sharing, and stay clean!
